The ITIL® 4 Foundation is a three-day accredited course which finishes with an internationally accepted certification exam. The course will provide the participants with a basic level of knowledge of the internationally recognized methodology for managing IT services (IT Service Management). It extracts and collates the best knowledge from the current worldwide recognized frameworks, practices, recommendations, methods and ways of working into complex framework. The launch of ITIL® version 4 enabled organizations to adapt more quickly to the ever-changing market requirements and to react flexibly through new agile ways of working. ITIL® provides guidancee for an up-to-date IT services management in the form of a structured and integrated system of principles, resources, practices and activities incorporated into a value creating chain. This course is part of the ITIL® qualification scheme and is a prerequisite for the courses on a higher level.
