This course is designed primarily for cybersecurity practitioners who perform job functions related to protecting information systems by ensuring their availability, integrity, authentication, confidentiality, and non-repudiation.This course focuses on the knowledge, ability, and skills necessary to provide for the defense of those information systems in a cybersecurity context, including protection, detection, analysis, investigation, and response processes.
This course is primarily designed for cybersecurity professionals performing job functions related to the protection of information systems, ensuring their availability, integrity, authentication, confidentiality, and non-repudiation. This course focuses on the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to ensure the protection of these information systems in the context of cybersecurity, including processes for protection, detection, analysis, investigation, and response.
Additionally, the course ensures that all members of the IT team – everyone from helpdesk staff to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) – understand their role in these security processes.
The CompTIA CyberSecurity Analyst (CySA+) training is offered as a virtual classroom training in the U.S. time zone (meaning that the training starts at 3:00 PM CET and lasts until 11:00 PM CET daily) and in English. After the training, participants have access to a recording of the entire course and the option of free training retake. Training participants will receive CompTIA-accredited learning materials and access to practical training labs. The certification exam is not included in the course.
